Gather and break bread with the CA Coalition for Black Birth Justice and Black Women for Wellness as we share resources around the Centering Black Mother's Report, the Coalition Agenda and projects and converse and ideate community-defined benchmarks to improving Black maternal and infant health in Bakersfield.
This is a space for Black women and girls, as well as communities of color, to gather for an evening of self-empowerment, reflection, and action.
We'll discuss practical ways to protect our mental health amid ongoing challenges - from rising costs and job loss to community stressors.
