My Birth, My Way – Prenatal Care and Support for Black Mothers

Your pregnancy is an important journey. We’re inviting Black mothers and birthers who are currently pregnant or have experienced pregnancy to join this workshop and share their insights. This welcoming space is designed to learn, connect, and prepare for birth while helping us shape future prenatal care education.
Together, we’ll cover the essentials of prenatal care, ways to communicate your needs with healthcare providers, and steps to create a care plan that works for you and your baby. Your participation will positively shape the next Black Mother birthing experience.
All participants will receive a complimentary gift bag. Refreshments provided.
