Join Black Women for Wellness’s Fierce Aunties for an intimate evening of honest conversation, connection, and sexual wellness.
As we age, our relationships with our bodies, desire, intimacy, and pleasure evolve. Yet so many women are never given the space to talk openly about what that journey actually looks like. From shifting desire and changing hormones to navigating sexuality during perimenopause and menopause, many of us are left to figure it out on our own.
Fierce Aunties After Dark creates a welcoming, judgment-free space to explore the conversations we deserve to have.Together, we’ll discuss:
- Reclaiming desire, pleasure, and intimacy
- Pelvic floor health and its impact on sexual wellness
- Sexuality during perimenopause and menopause
- Common stigmas around aging and sex
- Communication, relationships, and connection
- How to seek support and resources when needed
This three-hour experience is designed to break stigmas, build community, and reconnect you to your sexual wellness, pleasure, and overall well-being.
There are so many things women don’t get space to say out loud:
- What happens when desire changes
- How stress, caregiving, trauma, and life transitions affect intimacy.
- How to stay connected to yourself and your partner as your body evolves.
- How to feel empowered, informed, and supported in your sexual health journey.
Nothing is off-limits. Come ready to learn, laugh, share, and connect with other women navigating similar experiences. Partners are welcome to attend and learn alongside you.
